Difficult installation but works as advertised
I got the DM-100 for the front door of my condominium. They say only that the DM-150 is for exterior doors but a representative from the Skylink told me that the DM-100 and DM-150 are exactly the same, except one comes with the electromagnetic lock while the other comes with the electric strike. The DM-150 cost more and with a high probability that you have to hire a professional to install the electric strike that would increase the cost significantly. So I went with the DM-100 with the electromagnetic lock.
The installation was really difficult and took over four hours. Admittedly part of this had to do with my father, who is impatient and gets frustrated very easily, but there are also a few parts of the installation guide that could have been more clear. There is both a QuickStart installation guide and a full manual and there were some slight discrepancies between the two which added to the confusion. But for the most part I thought the instructions were pretty clear...

Does what I need it to do.
I used this door opener in a school project, and it worked for my purposes. However, through using it, I discovered that there is a flaw in the design spec list. One of the specs is that if someone obstructs the door's path, it will stop. That feature doesn't work. The lock works too. I powered it with 12V separately. I've only tested it with a cabinet-sized door.
Fun
This is a fun product to play with you friends and I assume will help customers with a disibility. But it is not secure, slow and comes off track very easily if bumped. But for the price, it's not bad.
