Liftmaster 398LM
This product from Liftmaster is a great replacement for your regular push button type, the lock out feature that locks out any other remotes even your own is great once you are home to stay for added security, and can be turned off and on with the push of a button. The display lights up very nice for easy visibility, and alternates the temperture and time on the display screen. It also has a built in motion sensor that activates the light on your unit when you walk in the room. Installation is easy, no other wires were needed other than the two wires that are there for the old button. I also recommend the Lifmaster Garage Door Monitor, this can be placed anywhere in your home to notify you if you door is open or closed with one glance at the Monitor. I LOVE CHAMBERLAIN
Chamberlain can always guarantee a great product! Only problem i have is that little gnats have decided to get behind the LCD glass and you can see about 50 dead bugs on the display. I've cleaned it twice now. I think I may put a bead of caulking around the glass to keep the varments out......
