Good Idea but.........
Overall I like this utility storage cabinet. I should have heeded the warning of other reviewers as to breakage. This came with 2 breaks in 2 different places. Live and learn.

The best vertical storage cabinet that I have seen.
I looked at every vertical storage cabinet in this size range I could find. I felt this one was the clear winner, even over brands like Rubbermaid. It has the strongest shelves of any one I checked (translated: they hold more weight)and all four of them can be placed in many different configurations. The door latches top and bottom and the design, as a whole, lets in less dust than similar cabinets. The top is strong enough to use as an additional shelf, albeit, outside the cabinet. You can padlock the doors, if you so desire. How much do I like this cabinet? I now have three of them. Incidentally, they are rather easy to put together, in fact, I assembled all three of them without assistance (one at a time, as I acquired them).

Sometimes, you will find a slight warp on one of the doors, causing it (usually the left one)to bow outward 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch at the latch, when installed. It is really not a big deal and has no affect on the doors ability to close, latch...
Exactly as advertised
This cabinet was exactly what was advertised and what i expected. It assembles in a few min. without the use of any tools. Once assembled it is easy for one person to move it into position. The doors have latches top and bottom to keep them closed (not sure the ad mentions that) and they even line up for smooth operation.

Overall I'm very pleased with the Suncast cabinet and plan on ordering open or two more.

I am happy to recommend this product to my friends.

Rubbermaid Vertical storage - good buy
I did a lot of looking around before I chose this storage unit. I wanted something sturdy and weatherproof that I could lock up and put out across the parking lot of the townhouse apartments that I live in. Not enough room on the patio for storage. This went together well, after I read the instructions and is holding up great so far. I drilled 2 small holes to run a u shaped hook through the back and caulked it so I could chain it to a fence back there. So far it is doing well with some very heavy rain, high winds and hot sun. It doesn't come with the shelves anymore, but I bought a plain wire shelf from rubbermaid's closet series that fits in there fine. I have lawn chairs and a trimmer and some garden stuff on the bottom and then storage for other small things on top. This was a good value if you shop around for the best price and is made so much better than the cheaper brands that it is well worth it.

Great storage shed.
I'm a gardener and wanted a nice shed I could put all my gardening tools in for easy access. I'm a 70 year old widow and did the entire assembly myself in around 30 minutes. Having read other reviews about vinyl sheds I made sure to have a base already prepared for my shed. I fashioned the base of some 12" x 12" pavers that I made sure were good and level. Up my shed went on top of them and against the back of my house, where it's been since early last summer. It's very sturdy and has weathered a number of thunder storms, and a full winter now, and perfectly water tight.

I purchased a small set of shelves from Walmart that takes up about a third of the floor space and halfway up for smaller items. (Sort of like a mini bookshelf.) I also purchased a wire shelf, that is a combination shelf and tool holder, that I installed across the top. The shed works beautifully for me and keeps my gardening stuff dry, secure, organized and all within easy reach when I need...
Very good product!
I am a 68-year-old woman with almost no mechanical experience or expertise and I was able to get this shed together by myself in less than 30 minutes (a little more than the 15 minutes the box said it would take, but still a respectable time).

The box states that no tools are needed and the instruction sheet specifies that a rubber hammer is needed. I had a rubber hammer; it was helpful but I probably could have gotten the shed together without it. You need a flat surface at least eight feet long and five feet wide, and a wall or other solid surface to push against.

The assembled cabinet is sturdy and very nice looking. I reccomend it.

I really like this... but it isn't for everything...
Update: 12/16/12: There have been several firmware updates since the product first came out. The device seems to hang less often now than when I noted below... on the order of once every 2 to 3 weeks.

I should note, I have several IP Power Switch boxes. I use them for things like controlling my network, network devices and stereo devices. These work off of wired ethernet, and have many plugs on the back that are addressable. I note this only to make clear I already understand some of the shortcomings of these types of devices.

OK, that said, these are really nice for the right application.

Power Throughput
First, since I searched high and low for this information (on Belkin's site - everywhere) and could not find it... the device packaging indicates that it can handle 15A throughput. Amazon should really add that to the product description, since I consider it pretty important.

Great product but setup can be tricky.
While I am not an IT administrator, I am the person friends and family come to with computer and home network issues. That being said, the setup of the first outlet was very simple and everything worked as should. After over an hour of changing network settings, restarting the device and following all of the other hints from the website, I still have not been able to get the second outlet to show up on the app. This product is not ready for the mainstream yet - pretty disappointing for a Belkin product as most of their products that I have used work very well. I will probably return both as I want to use one app to control all of my outlets and lights.

UPDATE: Finally got both of them working after multiple resets and deleting the app on the iphone and then re-downloading. Once the firmware updates were applied to both outlets things started to work. Now that it is working I am quite happy with it.

drops wifi way too often, and needs re-setting up each time so this really is not reliable or useful for essental security lighting or something that has to be shut off or on remotely, a little expensive, great idea if it actually worked, perhaps they will come out with one that works reliably, we had both sensor and just switch but both lost connection every 3 hours to 2 days or so, belkin service and tech support no help, returned without problems at the apple store, bad belkin, good apple store
