Gun cabinet was delivered promptly and undamaged. Product was exactly as advertised and exactly what I needed. Installation was easy, despite having to make some minor modifications that reflect my particular situation.

Impressive steel gage & build quality
For what I paid, this cabinet's far better than I expected. Solid box, heavy locks and doors that fit/swing nicely. Heck, even the paint job is 1st class. Way-ta-go Stack-On!!
Poor Customer Service
I placed my order for this gun cabinet and then received a response telling me my order would take 10 to 15 days. During the ordering process, the system provided an estimated delivery of 4 to 7 days. This was very important to me as i am leaving for a trip out of the country. I immediately requested FOGDOG to cancel the order. The next day, i received a meesage stating they could not cancel the order because of an automated process. What ever happened to good customer service?

The cabinet is exactly what I wanted and the pricing was comparable. I was a bit disappointed that it arrived damaged. Amazon knocked off 10% and I think that my compensation for keeping it should have been better. Anyway not a bad deal.

Nice cabinet, poor shipping
Took two tries to get the cabinet delivered. The first time order was cancelled in transit as undeliverable (most likely damaged during shippping).

2nd time, cabinet was delivered but slightly damaged on back and top. I am willing to live with it due to a raise in the price of cabinet and past difficulty with delivery of this item.

Cabinet has ample room and feels solid. Locking mechanisms ae solid and smooth. Nice finish and adjustable shelves.
Very pleased with purchase
For the price you can't go wrong. There were two small dents in the cabinet from shipping but not enough of a problem to complain about.
